Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for:
- Faulty products
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- Email: director@melammu.com.au
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Opened skincare items for hygiene reasons
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
